First flowers . . .
Just like the mistake made in interpreting the ancient Egyptian’s
fascination with burying golden treasure for some obscure world one enters upon
death, perhaps the legends of Valhalla, Utopia, etc. were reflections of those
awakened individuals that perceive the innate blueprint for how we as humans are
destined to develop. The Egyptians weren’t burying treasure for some “after
life”, but for the life after this one: reincarnation. The King’s tombs weren’t
“raided by tomb robbers”, but the original owner remembered where it was in a
subsequent life. Apparently this didn’t work out for King Tut; he forgot.
The prophets of the Golden Cities of Light were pointing the
direction. It is our telos to manifest the archetypal community and all efforts
to the contrary are just making it take longer. We’re hardwired to live
together. Ultimately it is a message of Love.
